Due to the nature of our handmade customize product, we are very sorry to inform you that we do not accept refund and exchange at all cost and any form.

Every pieces are already checked and we make sure that they are all in a very good condition, and packed in a secure and waterproof packaging to minimize any misshandled during the shipping process.

However, if you received it in a broken condition, please contact us within 24 hours.

Processing Time:

- For ready stock items and rent items, we will send them out to you, the next day after we received your payment.

- For made by order items, we will need at least 14 working days. If you are in a rush, please contact us.

- For bespoke/custom items, we will need at least 3 weeks If you are in a rush, please contact us.

Shipping:

We are using standard regular shipping and it will need 3-5 working days to deliver your package. If you need express shipping, please contact us
